First, let me show you the factory line in process:
Today there were many distractions, but I managed to get my bum in gear and experiment with a few new designs…some of which are earrings that I would LOVE to have feedback on! You can see a sneak peak of some of the earrings above I would like note here and now that I have decided to go with Titanium Earring Wire because I’d like to cater to people like me: can I see a show of hands in the audience if you possess a pair of super sensitive ears??!! Titanium wire is hypoallergenic (more so than surgical steel which can contain irritating alloys) and the ones I have purchased are Grade 1, surgical grade, made in the USA. They are a little more expensive, but now the entire ear-possessing community can enjoy them, regardless of sensitivity to this or that!!
And here are some new necklaces!! I am debating whether or not to list a few earrings and necklaces on etsy to see how they fair. Typically, my jewelry gets a lot of likes, but sells much better in physical shops. Thoughts?
And last, but not least, my dear friend Leah (from Huckleberry Handmade) and I are applying to be in a holiday-themed-handmade-gifty-market in November and have to submit some pictures of our work. I opted to make our “pictures” into a photo montage that will print as two single 8X10′s. Here’s a peak at those too!!
Anyhow, that’s all for today! It was pretty eventful despite all the errands, late wake up time, traffic, and what not!
OH, and if you’re an artist/craftsperson in interested in applying for the same market we’re applying to for November, contact me and I can send you the information!
